Transcript [00:00] Everyone, it is Friday, February 6th, [00:03] 2026, and this is the update on Iran. [00:06] Look, an attack seems more imminent than [00:10] ever before. I know we've said this [00:11] before, but you know, looking at the [00:14] signals, we don't know what President [00:15] Trump's going to do. We've talked about [00:16] this. Unpredictability is a doctrine for [00:19] President Trump, but nevertheless, take [00:21] a look at this advisory just put out by [00:24] the virtual US embassy in Iran. Okay, [00:28] that is uh so this is basically put out [00:30] by the state department and it says here [00:33] uh this is a security alert for American [00:36] citizens by the virtual US embassy in [00:38] Iran. [snorts] US citizens should expect [00:41] continued internet outages, plan [00:44] alternative means of communication and [00:46] if safe to do so consider departing Iran [00:49] Iran by land to Armenia or Turkey. But [00:51] look at the details here. Actions to [00:53] take. This is the US advisory to its [00:56] citizens in Iran. Leave Iran now. This [00:58] was put out yesterday. Leave Iran now. [01:01] Meaning up until now, they weren't [01:02] telling everyone to leave, but now. [01:04] Yesterday. Leave Iran now. Have a plan [01:06] for departing Iran that does not rely on [01:08] US government help. Flight cancellations [01:11] and disruptions are possible with little [01:13] warning. Check directly with your [01:15] airlines for updates. Now, look at this. [01:17] If you cannot leave, find a secure [01:20] location within your residence or [01:22] another safe building. have a supply of [01:24] food, water, medications, and other [01:27] essential items. I'm going to stress [01:29] this point. They did not put this out up [01:32] until now. Throughout these weeks of [01:33] protests, an advisory like this was not [01:35] issued. It was issued yesterday, telling [01:38] people to find a secure location to get [01:40] water, to get food, avoid [01:42] demonstrations, keep a low profile, stay [01:44] away your surroundings, monitor local [01:46] media for breaking news, be prepared to [01:48] adjust your plans, keep your phone [01:50] charged, maintain communication. [01:52] [clears throat] Okay? [01:53] So this is this is huge. This is the [01:57] United States basically saying hunker [01:59] down or get out of there to all of its [02:02] na US nationals in Iran. US Iranian dual [02:05] nationals must exit Iran on Iranian [02:07] passports [02:08] uh etc. Okay. Now [02:12] along with that uh I I want to share [02:15] with you an amazing video that was put [02:17] out that really explains [02:19] where the US forces are in the Middle [02:22] East. We've been talking for a while now [02:24] uh about uh the United States sending [02:27] all these assets over there, these [02:28] aircraft carriers and all these things [02:30] and uh the Wall Street Journal just put [02:34] out a a short video that really gives [02:37] you a full understanding of what US [02:40] forces have amassed in the region. Let's [02:42] have a look at this video and then we'll [02:44] come back and do a little bit more of [02:46] this update. Here we go. [02:48] US is surging firepower to the Middle [02:50] East as President Trump pressures Iran. [02:53] >> You know, we have a uh a tremendous [02:55] force going there just like we did in [02:57] Venezuela, even bigger. [02:59] >> It's a playbook Trump has used before. [03:02] But Iran is very different from [03:04] Venezuela. Even after its 12-day war [03:06] with Israel in June, Thrron still has [03:09] thousands of mid and short-range [03:10] missiles that it could fire at US bases [03:13] and allies. and it could try to disrupt [03:16] shipping traffic in the Gulf, which [03:17] could severely impact the global oil [03:19] market. [03:20] >> I'm not sure you can reach a deal with [03:21] these guys, but we're going to try to [03:22] find out. [03:23] >> So, here's how the US is positioning its [03:25] forces and preparing for potential [03:27] Iranian retaliation. [03:31] First, there's a fleet of warships, or [03:34] what Trump refers to as the Armada. [03:36] >> There's another beautiful Armada [03:40] floating beautifully toward Iran right [03:41] now. So far, the US has 12 warships in [03:44] the region. That includes the USS [03:47] Abraham Lincoln aircraft carrier, which [03:49] is traveling with three guided missile [03:51] destroyers in the northern Arabian Sea. [03:54] The Navy has additional destroyers in [03:56] the Straight of Hormuz, the northern Red [03:58] Sea, and in the Eastern Mediterranean. [04:02] It also has three latoral combat ships [04:04] in the Persian Gulf. And submarines are [04:07] likely nearby as well, though their [04:09] locations are highly classified. I would [04:12] remind the Iranian regime that the [04:14] president has many options at his [04:16] disposal [music] [04:16] aside from diplom diplomacy as the [04:18] commander-in-chief of the most powerful [04:20] military in the history of the world. [04:22] Though Trump is still weighing his [04:24] options, here's why that armada matters. [04:27] The Lincoln aircraft carrier is armed [04:29] with F-35C and F-18 fighter jets that [04:32] can attack targets. It also has EA18 [04:35] Growler electronic warfare planes that [04:37] jam enemy defenses as well as E2-D [04:40] Hawkeye flying radar planes that act as [04:42] the eyes of the fleet. From the carrier, [04:45] those aircraft could reach Iran without [04:47] using any other country's airspace. [04:50] Guided missile destroyers, which protect [04:52] the carrier and also operate [04:53] independently, can fire tomahawk cruise [04:55] missiles to attack targets like air [04:57] defense systems. [05:01] Crucially, destroyers are also armed [05:03] with defensive standard missile [05:05] interceptors, which can take out aerial [05:07] threats, including ballistic missiles. [05:10] During the 12-day war, destroyers played [05:12] a key role in protecting Israel from [05:14] barges of Iranian missiles. Still, some [05:17] missiles got through, which showed the [05:19] world just how [music] dangerous a [05:21] conflict with Iran could be. [05:24] On land, the US has bases and [05:25] installations across [music] the Middle [05:27] East, and it coordinates with its ally, [05:29] Israel. These bases have air defenses [05:32] that protect US troops and surrounding [05:34] areas from Iranian attacks. They also [05:36] allow the US to stage weapons closer to [05:39] Iran when the host countries allow it. [05:42] So far, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab [05:44] Emirates, and Jordan have said they will [05:46] not allow their countries to be used as [05:48] a launching pad for a strike on Iran. [05:51] Still, the US has been flying P8 [05:53] surveillance planes from Saudi Arabia [05:55] and MQ4C Triton drones from the UAE. The [05:59] Pentagon has also staged various [06:01] aircraft in Jordan, including these [06:02] F-15E fighter jets [music] and EA18 [06:06] Growlers. [06:08] Even though these bases may not be used [06:09] for an offensive strike, [music] they [06:11] would be key in defending the region [06:13] from Iranian counterattacks. [06:17] The US is bringing additional THAAD and [06:19] Patriot anti-missile systems in from [06:21] Texas and Japan. According to flight [06:23] tracking data, satellite imagery, and US [06:25] officials, these units are stretched [06:28] thin and expensive to move. So, analysts [06:30] say their deployment is a sign that the [06:32] US is serious about a potential [06:34] conflict. [06:35] Beyond the Middle East, the US has [06:37] aircraft it could potentially bring in [06:39] from Europe. And there's the key island [06:42] base of Diego Garcia, which the US has [06:44] used for Middle East operations for [06:47] decades. Over the past year, B2 bombers [06:50] were flown to the base to deter Iran and [06:52] to attack targets in Yemen. [06:55] And finally, there are long range [06:57] strategic bombers positioned in the US. [07:00] They're capable of reaching anywhere in [07:02] the world with the help of mid-flight [07:03] refueling. That includes B2 bombers at [07:06] Whiteitman Air Force Base, which [07:08] traveled to Iran and back to drop bombs [07:10] on nuclear facilities during Operation [07:12] Midnight Hammer, and B1 bombers that [07:15] traveled to Venezuela and back to bomb [07:17] air defenses during Operation Absolute [07:19] Resolve. All of this military hardware [07:22] helps President Trump apply more [07:23] pressure on Iran to make a deal over its [07:26] nuclear program. [07:26] >> We are negotiating with them right now. [07:28] Yes. But if there are no diplomatic [07:30] breakthroughs and the US decides to take [07:32] military action, it could very well [07:34] escalate into a regional war. [07:37] >> Um, will it escalate into a regional [07:39] war? That is, you know, everything in [07:41] that video was fascinating information. [07:44] Uh, that line at the end that it could [07:46] easily escalate into a regional war. I [07:48] am very, very skeptical. And I'm not [07:51] just saying that because I'm an [07:52] optimistic person. And I'm saying that [07:53] because um the in order for it to be a [07:57] regional war, it would mean that you [07:59] would have to have either Iran's proxies [08:01] go all out, which I'm doubtful of. And [08:04] during the 12-day war, they they [08:06] basically sat on their hands. I mean, [08:07] the Iraqi launched a couple drones. Uh [08:11] and uh and the Houthis launched, I [08:13] think, three ballistic missiles during [08:15] the entire 12-day war that didn't do [08:17] much damage. [08:19] In Lebanon did nothing. So uh and and [08:22] the Chinese and and the Russians despite [08:25] their treaties with Iran didn't step in. [08:27] They didn't step up and I don't see any [08:29] other Muslim countries or Arab countries [08:31] in the region stepping in to help Iran. [08:33] So I I doubt there will be a regional [08:35] war. Uh Iran's really only strong [08:39] military capability is its missiles, is [08:41] its ballistic missiles. It doesn't have [08:43] that it doesn't really have much of a [08:45] ground of a ground game and on those [08:48] ballistic missiles. So the the Iranians [08:50] have also been uh you know saber [08:53] rattling and and and flexing their [08:55] muscles. It's not just the United States [08:57] moving forces in. So they announced [08:58] yesterday that they have deployed this [09:01] uh this missile system. They've deployed [09:03] or this is really today they've deployed [09:06] long range Koramshar 4 missiles. So [09:09] they're announcing this new longrange [09:10] missile they've deployed. But look at [09:12] this. Iran has announced the deployment [09:14] of one of its newest longrange ballistic [09:15] missiles, the Koramshar 4, in what it [09:18] described as underground missile cities. [09:20] According to the semi-official Fars news [09:22] agency, Fars reported that the IRGC [09:25] unveiled the missile during a ceremony [09:27] at a newly revealed underground facility [09:29] belonging to IRGC aerospace force. The [09:32] missile, also known as Kaibar, [09:35] was presented as a central element of [09:37] Iran's strategic missile capabilities. [09:40] According to the agency, it deployed it [09:42] its deployment is fortified underground. [09:45] Its deployment in fortified underground [09:47] sites signals not only a technical [09:50] development but also operational and [09:52] strategic implications amid growing [09:54] threats to the country's national [09:57] security. Okay. And then it says a few [09:58] more things about the missile. Now, why [10:01] did I emphasize the fact that it is that [10:04] the name of the missile is Kaibar? Well, [10:08] what is Kaibar? So there's a slogan that [10:11] is sometimes chanted by jihadists. Uh we [10:14] saw it recently. It was chanted at the [10:17] anniversary of the fall of the Assad [10:19] regime when Al Gulani's forces were [10:21] marching in Damascus. They were chanting [10:23] this chant kaibar kaibar yay yahood [10:26] yayish muhammad sufa yahoud which means [10:29] kaibar kaar o Jews the army of Muhammad [10:31] will return. This is an Arabic language [10:34] slogan that references the battle of [10:37] kaibbar. What's the battle of Khaibar? [10:40] Kaibbar was a battle in the year 628 [10:44] which uh where Muhammad took a large [10:47] Muslim army and they went to the town of [10:49] Kaibar which was a Jewish town and there [10:52] was a was a Jewish community there and [10:55] they slaughtered the Jewish community. [10:57] Okay. And so it's used as a chant that [11:02] signifies the desire to return to [11:05] Kaibar. like the army of Muhammad will [11:07] return to Kaibar that we're going to [11:08] slaughter the Jews again. So I think [11:11] it's not insignificant that the Iranians [11:13] chose to name this new missile that they [11:15] unveiled as you know today as a way of [11:17] flexing their muscles and saying that [11:18] they're ready for combat that they named [11:21] the missile Kaibar after the slaughter [11:24] of Jews in the year 628. So between the [11:27] advisory by the United States to its [11:30] citizens in in in Iran, which is again [11:32] that is a that's a new step that just [11:34] happened yesterday and the and the [11:38] massive amount of US military assets [11:40] that were laid out so well in that [11:42] video, that Wall Street Journal video. [11:44] And meanwhile, the Iranians flexing [11:46] their muscles with this new missile. Uh [11:48] all this aggression, this is is really [11:50] getting pent up. We have these [11:52] negotiations going on this weekend, but [11:54] it seems to me from the way the US is [11:56] behaving that an attack is imminent. On [11:59] the other hand, we have to always add in [12:01] this caveat. We're dealing with [12:02] President Trump here and misdirection [12:04] plays and giving mixed messages is is is [12:08] an essential core tenant of his [12:10] strategy. So, let's continue to pray. [12:12] We'll see what happens, but it's looking [12:14] closer and closer every day. Please make [12:17] sure to check out all the content we're [12:18] doing at the Israel 365 YouTube channel. [12:20] I want to put special emphasis on a [12:22] playlist. If you go to that YouTube [12:24] channel, Israel 365 YouTube, and go to [12:27] the playlist section, there's a playlist [12:29] called the superpower playlist. It's a [12:31] series of six short videos. All the [12:33] videos there, we put them out three [12:34] times a week. We have these short videos [12:36] about the Middle East mostly. And [12:38] there's a six-part series there about [12:41] Israel's changing status and how it's [12:42] really risen to become what I I lay out [12:45] the case that Israel is has become or is [12:47] becoming a regional superpower. and I [12:49] think you might find it interesting. [12:50] Please like, share, all that stuff and [12:54] um and tell everyone about what we're [12:56] doing here on the channel.
