Transcript [00:00] Hey everybody. Back on January 9th, [00:02] there was a very important event in the [00:04] state of Texas. Uh an event organized by [00:06] the American Freedom Alliance together [00:09] with a coalition of other groups [00:10] including the Republican Party of Dallas [00:13] County and Patriot Mobile and War Room. [00:17] And I think there were some other groups [00:18] involved as well. And there were some [00:19] great speakers there. And it was all [00:21] about raising the alarm about Sharia law [00:25] and Islam coming in to take over parts [00:28] of the United States, especially what's [00:30] happening in Texas. That's why they held [00:32] it there. And it was the kickoff event [00:35] to a campaign that culminated in a [00:38] victory on March 3rd in the Republican [00:41] primary in Texas where a an initiative [00:43] was put on the ballot to call for the [00:45] banning of Sharia law in Texas. And the [00:47] hope is that this will lead to it being [00:49] a national issue in the upcoming midterm [00:51] elections and beyond. And at this event, [00:54] the final speaker of the event and [00:56] really I think the most powerful speech [00:58] given at the event was given by Glenn [01:00] Beck. I made another video with an [01:02] excerpt from the speech. And uh what I [01:05] want to do in this video is just play [01:07] you the last 12 minutes or so of this [01:11] speech by Glenn Beck. It is incredibly [01:13] powerful. Uh, I mean I it really doesn't [01:16] need any introduction. You will not be [01:18] disappointed by this. [02:20] We are facing [02:23] unbelievable times. [02:27] Every day [02:30] I wake to [02:32] either [02:34] unbelievable evil and horror [02:37] or miracles [02:40] every single day. [02:45] Lord, what are we going to see today, [02:52] Glenn? Today, [02:54] in the next few days, you're going to [02:56] either see Islamists [02:59] rush [03:01] or you're going to see the Persian [03:03] people set free. [03:06] And it will be up to each of us in our [03:09] own way. [03:11] God works miracles, but he does require [03:15] more than spectators. [03:19] We are not saved by our works. [03:23] But I will tell you, I don't think he's [03:26] going to recognize a lot of us if we're [03:30] sitting on our hands at this time in our [03:33] lives. [03:44] Ral Wallenberg is one of my heroes. [03:55] You know, [03:57] I start to say this and I [04:01] I think of [04:04] why I was born and I was born to tell [04:07] you these things. And it's why my my [04:09] whole childhood [04:11] makes sense. [04:15] and my love for people like Ral [04:18] Wallenberg makes sense. So, I can be [04:21] prepared to tell you who you should [04:24] strive to be. [04:27] Ral Wallenberg was a guy who didn't have [04:29] to be involved. [04:32] He's from Sweden. There's a statue of [04:35] him that no American knows. I did an [04:38] interview with [04:40] an an autobiographer [04:42] or sorry a bio biographer of Ra Wall of [04:46] Raul Wallenberg years ago and she came [04:49] to America and it's this beautiful book [04:51] on him. I mean he makes Dietrich [04:54] Bonhaofer look like a wimp [04:56] and that's saying something. [04:59] Uh, and in during the interview, she [05:02] broke down in tears with me and I said, [05:07] "I'm sorry. Did I say something?" Cuz I [05:09] was asking her a question. I'm sorry. [05:10] Did I Did I offend you? She said, "No, [05:14] I've been on a book tour all over the [05:16] world and all throughout America, and [05:20] you are the only journalist [05:24] who knows [05:32] who he was. [05:37] He came from a family [05:40] like RH Macy. [05:43] He was wealthy. His family was they [05:46] owned a huge department store, huge [05:48] industry. [05:50] He had no reason to get involved. And [05:53] the United States came to him and said, [05:56] "Something [05:58] something is is happening with the Jews. [06:04] We need you to accept an ambassadorship [06:08] of your country. [06:12] We need you to go to another country [06:16] and we need you to tell us what's going [06:18] on with the Jews." [06:20] And he did. [06:22] and we didn't listen. [06:25] And he gathered more evidence and he [06:27] went to England and they didn't listen. [06:29] So he gathered more evidence and he went [06:32] to Switzerland and they didn't listen. [06:36] They listened but they didn't want to [06:38] believe. [06:41] He finally went back and said, [06:44] "I don't need anybody to listen. I'm [06:46] here." and he began making these the [06:50] shutz pass. [06:52] This basically says [06:56] you're now a Jew and you're a citizen of [06:58] my country. You're no longer You don't [07:01] have to worry about it. You're under the [07:02] protection of my king. Now remember, his [07:05] king was under the direction of the [07:07] Nazis at the time. They had been [07:09] invaded. His king called him as he was [07:13] making these and saying, "You don't need [07:16] to wear that yellow star anymore. You [07:18] don't need to fear. You're under the [07:19] protection of my king." His king called [07:22] and said, "What are you doing? You're [07:25] going to get us all killed." He said, [07:27] "You want me to stop? You come here [07:30] yourself and stop me. I have a [07:32] typewriter. I have a photographer. I'm [07:35] taking their pictures. I'm making these [07:37] shutz passes. You want me to stop? come [07:40] stop me yourself. He took his wealth and [07:44] he bought an entire city block next to [07:47] the embassy of his country [07:51] and then he would go to the train [07:53] station as they were loading the Jews on [07:57] with Schutz passes [07:59] and he'd stuff them through the cracks [08:02] of the train and he'd say, "Everybody [08:06] pass these amongst yourselves. everyone [08:09] take one. And then he would run to the [08:12] front of the train and he say, "Stop the [08:13] train. You have the wrong people. [08:20] These people belong to me. [08:26] He saved over a 100,000 people. [08:30] He is forgotten in history [08:34] because America forgot him. [08:38] He was last seen running into the arms [08:41] of the Soviets as they came in [08:45] Budapest. [08:52] One of the last people I have one of the [08:54] last sh passes from a woman that he [08:58] helped get out and she begged him, [08:59] "Please, Mr. Wallenberg, come with us. [09:02] They're coming. The Russians are coming. [09:04] Please come with us. You've got to go." [09:06] and he said there are too many left to [09:09] save [09:12] and the Russians can't be as bad as the [09:15] Germans. [09:18] We don't know how his story ended. [09:21] Thank you. [09:47] And the most horrific to me at least is [09:50] that he died in a prison camp at hard [09:54] labor in 1972. [09:59] The first president that demanded an [10:03] answer. What happened to Raul [10:06] Wallenburgg [10:07] was Ronald Reagan? [10:15] I want to challenge you to find someone [10:19] in history that inspires you. [10:23] Find somebody that you say, "I want to [10:26] be more like that." When the crap hits [10:29] the fan, I'm going to be like that man. Whatever you see every day. [11:14] Put it on your phone. Put that picture [11:16] or the pictures of the people that you [11:18] want to be more like in front of you all [11:21] the time. It's like a council. When [11:24] tough times come, you'll know exactly [11:26] how to behave because you will look at [11:29] your counsel and say, "I know what they [11:30] would do." [11:34] One last challenge. [11:39] It was in the 1500s when the Ottoman [11:41] Empire came [11:45] and they came to Malta. [11:48] They just had to go through Malta. [11:52] I don't even really know where Malta is. [11:56] They just had to get through Malta. [11:59] Ships with 40,000 [12:02] Ottomans ready to plow through Malta [12:07] and conquer Europe. [12:11] All they had to do was go through an [12:13] unfinished fort, the Fort of St. Elmo's. [12:18] They just had to get past 600 [12:22] soldiers and [12:25] 130 knights. [12:28] 40,000. [12:59] And those knights as they saw them on [13:01] the ships coming in. Imagine the view. [13:04] It's just nothing but wallto-wall [13:07] Ottomans coming. And they're all looking [13:09] at each other going, "Holy crap." [13:13] They knew they were going to die. [13:17] They didn't send for reinforcements. [13:19] They sent some people away and said, "Go [13:22] fortify. We'll hold them as long as we [13:26] can." [13:28] Expecting to die within a couple of [13:30] days. [13:32] under constant siege [13:36] for over 30 days. [13:39] They killed 10,000 Ottomans. [13:43] Every single one of them died. [13:49] But you know how they died? [13:52] They refused to bow to the Ottoman [13:55] Empire. They refused to bow to Sharia [13:59] law. When they came in and they finally [14:04] found all of the knights, [14:07] they had taken their broadswords and [14:09] shoved them into the ground [14:12] and draped themselves over the cross of [14:16] the broadsword. [14:19] So they were still standing and still [14:22] upright. They refused to bow. [14:28] They had a few things that I want you to [14:31] take with you. [14:34] They had a code among them. [14:42] Faith before life. [14:47] First, loyalty to God, not my survival. [14:52] Loyalty to God, too. [14:56] Honor above outcome. [15:00] We live in a society where the ends [15:02] justify the means. Stand firmly against [15:06] that. Honor above outcome. [15:12] Courage without illusion. I am not here [15:16] to tell you this is going to be easy. I [15:19] am not here to tell you Donald Trump's [15:21] going to save us. I am not here to tell [15:24] you some won't fall, that Europe is [15:28] going to be fine, that Texas will even [15:31] be fine. I'm telling you it could be the [15:34] fight of our lives. I am telling you [15:38] that people generations down the road, [15:41] unless Jesus comes, if we still have [15:44] historians, a hundred years from now, [15:47] they will write about you. [15:50] There will be someone like me who will [15:52] bring an artifact from Texas and say [15:56] this is how they did it. This is who we [15:58] should be like. [16:02] We live in extraordinary times. Courage [16:06] without illusion and brotherhood unto [16:09] death. [16:11] No man fought alone. [16:17] We're in this together. [17:17] It's very it's very straightforward. [17:19] It's very clear. U their doctrine is to [17:23] genocide us, to kill us. They want to [17:24] destroy every Jew on the planet. They [17:26] want to wipe out the state of Israel. So [17:27] we fight. We fight it. It's it's [17:29] self-defense. It's survival. And we [17:31] fight kinetically. [17:34] And the question for the West is, are [17:36] you going to fight? [17:39] Are you going to fight? Are you willing [17:41] to stand up and say and and speak the [17:43] truth and defend your civilization? [17:47] Do your [17:50] do your do your democratic values as you [17:53] have always interpreted them, freedom of [17:55] religion, freedom of speech, tolerance, [17:58] do those allow you to be so tolerant of [18:02] everything [18:04] that you even tolerate your own demise [18:07] and you even tolerate those who want to [18:09] destroy you? Is that what your tolerance [18:12] gets you? At what point are you willing [18:14] to take up arms to defend your [18:16] civilization, to defend your way of [18:19] life? At what point? And that's a [18:21] question that is facing the West. Europe [18:23] is failing. [18:26] Europe is failing that test. They're not [18:29] answering that question in the right [18:31] way. [18:33] And everyone's running around. They [18:35] don't know what to do about it. How do [18:36] you push back? Islamophobia. [18:40] But Glenn laid it out there. That's the [18:42] question. what are you willing to do? [18:45] And also saying, look, we're not, you [18:47] know, we're not guaranteed a good end to [18:48] the story. I mean, I think as a as [18:50] people of of biblical faith, as people [18:51] of faith, as a Jew, believe in God. I [18:54] believe that the end of the grand story [18:56] is good, that redemption will come to [18:58] the world, that knowledge of God, of the [19:00] God of Israel will cover the earth like [19:02] water covers the sea, as the prophets [19:04] say. But how bloody it is on the way to [19:06] that on the way to that glorious end is [19:10] up to us. [19:12] and when it comes [19:15] and who's a part of it and who's not and [19:17] what parts of the world are destroyed [19:19] along the way. I mean, these these are [19:20] real questions we're facing. This is not [19:22] hypothetical anymore. This is not [19:23] theoretical. This is real. [19:27] And that's what that speech was all [19:28] about. That's what that event was all [19:29] about. [19:32] So, please share this video.
