Transcript [00:00] I've been meaning to get to this story [00:01] since last week when it broke as it was [00:03] so out of the blue, out of left field, [00:05] took a lot of people by surprise where [00:07] we have this headline that says that the [00:10] uh Ugandan military chief offers to [00:13] fight alongside Israel in series of [00:16] viral posts. General Mu Muuzi [00:19] Karugahaba, Uganda's military chief and [00:23] son of the of the country's president, [00:25] Yaweri Musvveni, said in a series of [00:28] social media posts over the past week [00:30] that he would support Israel in its war [00:32] against Iran, including offering Ugandan [00:35] troops as he called for an end to the [00:38] conflict while warning against threats [00:40] to Israel. And what I want to do in this [00:42] video is explain how this is actually [00:45] very important and indicative of [00:47] something huge going on in the Middle [00:49] East. Even though this story seemed [00:51] completely out of left field and like a [00:53] sideshow, almost people were almost [00:56] laughing at it like what is this? You [00:57] know, with everything the United States [00:59] and Israel is doing, Uganda is offering [01:01] to fight alongside Israel if Israel is [01:03] threatened. But it's really very very [01:06] big. Now, before we get into all of [01:08] that, I just want to remind you quick um [01:11] to as it says up here, open your hand to [01:14] the needy, feed hungry families this [01:16] Passover. Israel is under fire. There [01:18] are a lot of families with a lot of [01:19] needs. This week is one of the most [01:21] expensive weeks for families of the year [01:23] on the Jewish calendar because of [01:24] Passover. The festival is coming up in a [01:27] couple days. The war is still going on [01:29] and uh there's a lot lot more struggles [01:32] than usual this year. And a great way [01:34] that you can contribute to easing some [01:36] of that burden on the Israeli homeront [01:37] and for these families is to go to [01:39] israel365charity.com. [01:42] Throw a couple nickels in the bucket and [01:44] uh Israel 365 is plugged in with all the [01:47] right people on the ground to make sure [01:48] that your charity dollars go to really [01:50] help the needy in Israel. So let's get [01:53] back to this Uganda story. [01:56] Um this general uh this general Muzi Kor [02:00] Rugaba he went on in if you take a look [02:03] at his tweet here he says we want the [02:05] war in the Middle East to end now. The [02:07] world is tired of it but any talk of [02:09] destroying or defeating Israel will [02:11] bring us into the war on the side of [02:13] Israel. In additional posts, Kanorugaba [02:17] framed his support in religious terms, [02:19] writing, "We stand with Israel because [02:22] we are Christians," adding, "Uganda is [02:25] the David that was forgotten and [02:26] neglected by the world. We will defeat [02:29] the giant Goliath." He also urged Israel [02:32] to launch a ground invasion of Iran and [02:34] said Ugandan forces could take part. [02:38] Responding to criticism of his [02:40] statements, he wrote that Israel had [02:41] supported Uganda in earlier decades, [02:44] saying, quote, "Israel stood with us [02:46] when we were nobodies in the 80s and [02:47] 90s. Why wouldn't we defend her now? [02:50] That our GDP is 100 billion, one of the [02:52] largest in Africa. Israel has maintained [02:54] military and intelligence ties with [02:57] Uganda and has trained Ugandan soldiers, [03:00] including this uh this chief Kane [03:02] Rugaba. Relations between the between [03:05] the two countries were not always close. [03:06] Obviously we all know the story of the [03:08] antbi hijacking. Um during the time of [03:11] dictator Idi [03:13] um in 1976 an air France flight was [03:16] hijacked and uh and then there was a [03:20] massive rescue operation that the [03:21] Israelis that the Israelis uh launched. [03:24] Israeli forces carried out a long range [03:26] rescue mission on July 3rd 1976 freeing [03:29] 106 mostly Israeli hostages. [03:32] and Yonatani Netanyao, brother of [03:34] Israel's prime minister Benjamin [03:35] Netanyao, was the only casualty in the [03:37] operation and was later honored for his [03:39] bravery. [03:42] And now look at this. This is this just [03:43] is the icing on the cake. So this is a [03:45] tweet from this military chief. This is [03:48] a sneak peek of the Yoni statue that [03:50] will soon be unveiled at Antbi [03:52] International Airport. God bless Uganda [03:55] and Israel. That's right. They are [03:57] unveiling a statue of Yoni Netanyahu at [03:59] the airport in Uganda. Okay. So, what is [04:03] this? What's really going on here? So, [04:07] here in the algam miner, um Amina Yub [04:10] writes about what this is what is really [04:12] going on with this alliance with Uganda. [04:14] Okay, so I'm going to he first starts [04:16] out uh talking about uh the tweets that [04:20] I just read to you and look what it says [04:21] here. [04:24] While some policy makers in Washington [04:26] and European capitals are quick to [04:28] dismiss Kanoraba's rhetoric as mere [04:30] social media bluster, doing so overlooks [04:33] a profound geostrategic realignment [04:36] occurring in the global south. This is [04:39] not just historical poetry or diplomatic [04:41] hyperbole. It is the public [04:43] crystallization of Israel's new circle [04:46] of partners framework, a vital evolution [04:49] of Jerusalem's traditional defense [04:51] strategy tailored for an era of [04:53] multiffront warfare. [04:56] For decades, the Israeli defense and [04:57] intelligence establishments relied [04:59] heavily on the periphery doctrine. This [05:02] strategy involved cultivating quiet but [05:04] robust ties with non-Arab states to [05:08] counterbalance a hostile Arab core. [05:13] Okay, [05:15] today that's they're saying today that's [05:17] different because the Arab core is more [05:19] allied with Israel. Arab core meaning [05:21] the Saudis, the Amiradis, and the [05:24] primary existential threat is the [05:25] Iranian regime. I would disagree. I [05:27] think it's really the Turks, but we'll [05:29] get into that soon. Containing and [05:31] defeating Tehran's regional ambitions [05:33] requires strategic depth far beyond the [05:36] Levant where Israel is necessitating [05:39] modernized periphery doctrine that [05:41] extends deep into the African continent. [05:44] Okay, let me jump ahead. By cementing [05:46] ties with Uganda, a Christian majority [05:48] military heavyweight in East Africa, [05:51] Israel is effectively anchoring a new [05:53] southern flank. The strategic utility of [05:56] this partnership becomes undeniable when [05:58] looking at a map of Iran's maritime [06:00] ambitions. Thran has spent years [06:02] attempting to weaponize the Red Sea and [06:05] the Babel Mande Strait, primarily [06:07] through the funding of Houthi proxies in [06:09] Yemen while simultaneously seeking naval [06:12] footholds in the Horn of Africa. East [06:15] Africa serves as the geopolitical [06:18] backdoor to this critical maritime [06:21] corridor. [06:23] Furthermore, as as the conflict with [06:25] Iran expands across multiple domains, an [06:27] allied Uganda offers Israel unparalleled [06:30] intelligence sharing nodes in subsaharan [06:34] Africa. [06:35] Okay, now this is important. Equally [06:38] important is the diplomatic and [06:39] ideological blow this alliance deals to [06:42] Thran. The Iranian regime relies heavily [06:44] on manufact on a manufactured narrative [06:47] that pits the global south against a [06:49] supposedly isolated Israel. At a time [06:52] when international forums are routinely [06:54] weaponized to turn Israel into a pariah [06:57] state, unconditional support from a [06:59] prominent African Union member shatters [07:02] Iran's diplomatic framing. Okay, so [07:04] that's important on the diplomatic on [07:05] the diplomatic uh stage. Okay, let me [07:09] make sense of all this mumbo jumbo that [07:11] looks like it might have been written [07:12] with chat GPD or whatever. Let me make [07:14] it clear. Here we go. We have the map of [07:16] Africa here. Oops. [07:19] Oops. Let me put that back in. There we [07:21] go. The map of Africa. [07:23] So, here is Uganda. Uganda is right [07:26] here. Uganda. [07:30] Okay. And we know that Israel has [07:33] recognized Somali land which is up here. [07:35] But now I want to tell you what else is [07:37] going on in in Uganda because Israel's [07:42] buildup of Uganda, Israel's relations [07:44] with Uganda go back quite some time. [07:46] This is an article from 2016. Israelis [07:49] to build up Uganda. After over 40 years, [07:52] Israeli experts have been chosen to come [07:53] back to Uganda to help build the [07:55] country's infrastructure. Okay. Okay. [07:57] And this is an article from 2016 about [07:59] these Israeli companies and Israeli [08:01] experts moving in to help rebuild the [08:05] infrastructure of Uganda. Okay. This is [08:07] a pretty serious uh cooperation between [08:10] the two countries. But at the same time, [08:12] this is from last year. Foreign Minister [08:15] Sah meets with Ethiopian Prime Minister [08:18] Abi Ahmed H. And this is a visit that [08:21] Israeli Foreign Minister a little less [08:24] than a year ago, May 2025, made to [08:27] Ethiopia. During his visit to Ethiopia, [08:29] Minister of Foreign Affairs Giron Sar [08:31] met privately with Ethiopian Prime [08:33] Minister Abi Ahmed for over an hour at [08:35] the presidential palace in Adis Sababa. [08:38] Foreign Minister Sar also met with [08:39] Ethiopian Foreign Minister Dr. Gideon [08:42] Timoththeus. At a press conference, Sar [08:44] addressed the Houthi attacks on the [08:46] Israeli response. Just yesterday they [08:49] launched a missile that struck near our [08:50] airport. Okay. He talks about how bad [08:51] the Houthis are. During his meeting Sar [08:54] highlighted the shared threat of [08:55] terrorism faced by both Israel and [08:58] Ethiopia. He noted that the al-Shabaab [09:00] terrorist group those are jihadists like [09:03] ISIS al-Qaeda types which targets [09:06] Ethiopia is collaborating with the [09:08] Houthis which are supported by Iran. Sar [09:11] emphasized the long-standing alliance [09:12] between Israel and Ethiopia. He also [09:15] spoke with Ethiopian prime minister and [09:17] foreign minister about enhancing [09:18] political, economic and security ties [09:21] between Israel and Ethiopia. Okay, so [09:24] that's last May. And then a few months [09:27] ago, not even a few months ago, a month [09:29] ago, [09:31] three days before this war began. [09:35] And you got to believe that he knew it [09:36] was starting. The president of Israel, [09:39] Herzog, visits Ethiopia again. two major [09:44] state visits in the space of a year to [09:45] Ethiopia. Visiting Ethiopia, Herzog [09:47] touts Israel's strong relationships [09:49] across Africa. [09:51] Okay, look at this. President Isaac [09:53] Herzog visited Ethiopia on Wednesday [09:54] where he met with top officials and [09:56] touted Israel's ties with with the East [09:58] African nation amid a push from [10:00] Jerusalem to build and strengthen [10:02] relationships with countries across the [10:04] continent. In Adi Sababa, Herzog told [10:06] Ethiopian Prime Minister Abi Ahmed that [10:08] some in Africa and beyond are trying to [10:10] undermine Israel's relationships in [10:12] Africa. Who who who's trying to [10:14] undermine them? Looks like Turkey. But [10:16] our bond is strong and our shared [10:18] interests are stronger than any such [10:20] attempt to undermine them. Our drive to [10:22] innovate and prosper. Very nice. Let's [10:24] jump down. Israel has been making a [10:27] major push to expand ties on the [10:29] continent and Herzog has been a central [10:31] but quiet player in that effort. In [10:33] November, Herzog visited Zambia and the [10:36] Democratic Republic of the Congo. [10:39] H [10:41] This is my third visit to Africa and the [10:43] fourth African nation I have visited as [10:45] president of the state of Israel. The [10:46] relationship between our peoples is [10:48] woven deep into the pages of history and [10:50] tradition. Very nice. [10:52] And he says some nice platitudes. [10:56] And then at the end of this article, it [10:57] says, "Israel accepts appointment of [10:59] first envoy from Somali land. Somali [11:01] land sent their first envoy. Okay. What [11:03] is going on here? What is going on here? [11:08] Let's look where Ethiopia is. Here's [11:10] Ethiopia. [11:12] Here's Uganda that we talked about at [11:13] the beginning of this video. Okay, [11:16] there's Somali land again. Somaliand, [11:18] Ethiopia, Uganda. You guys see what's [11:21] going on here? Well, check this out. [11:24] This is from a few months ago, December [11:27] 2025. Kenya receives spider air defense [11:30] system worth 3.4 billion ksh whatever [11:34] that is [11:36] from Israel. This is this is from an [11:38] African news outlet. Israel has received [11:41] Israel has delivered to Kenya a spider [11:43] air defense system to enhance Kenya's [11:46] airspace security. [11:49] H Israel's building up the air defenses [11:52] of Kenya. [11:54] This comes just 5 months after in July [11:56] 25, President William RTO's [11:59] administration announced that it had [12:00] negotiated a $26 million loan from from [12:04] Prime Minister Netanyahu's [12:06] administration [12:07] while placing Kenya more firmly within [12:09] shifting global and regional [12:11] geopolitical currents. [12:14] For Israel, strengthening military ties [12:16] with a key African state enhances its [12:20] diplomatic footprint on the African [12:22] continent. reinforcing partnerships that [12:25] extend beyond trade and agriculture into [12:28] hard security cooperation. The spider [12:31] system significantly upgrades Kenya's [12:34] air defense architecture [12:36] and it talks about how powerful an air [12:38] defense system this is. This is [12:39] particularly relevant given Nairobi's [12:41] central role in regional [12:43] counterterrorism operations and its [12:45] leadership in stabilization efforts in [12:48] the Horn of Africa. [12:51] Look at that. [12:53] So, what's going on here? Let's go back [12:55] to the map. This is the Horn of Africa. [12:59] Okay, [13:01] we're talking now about Kenya. Here's [13:03] Kenya. [13:05] Here's Kenya. Here's Ethiopia. [13:10] Here's Uganda. [13:12] Okay, Kenya, Ethiopia, Uganda, Somali [13:15] land up top here where it says Somalia, [13:17] but this is actually Somali land, the [13:18] top part. And here, Somali land. This [13:22] this strip here [13:24] that is jihadist Muslims, [13:27] one of the worst places in the world to [13:29] be a Christian. They murder Christians. [13:32] And it and who's in there? The Turks. [13:36] We'll get to them in a minute. But look [13:38] at what Israel is doing. Secure major [13:40] security alliances and economic [13:42] alliances with Somaliand, Ethiopia, [13:45] Kenya, Uganda. [13:48] Okay? And it goes on. Let's look at [13:50] this. [13:51] This is from a few days before that [13:55] Herzog visit right before the war, [13:57] February 19th, less than 10 days before [14:00] the war with Iran breaks out. And that's [14:02] why no one noticed these headlines. [14:03] You're probably hearing about them for [14:04] the first time. There was a security [14:06] summit in Rwanda. Americans and Israelis [14:10] and participants from across Africa [14:12] convened in Rwanda yesterday for the [14:14] Kegali security summit titled this is [14:18] the title of the summit aligning the [14:20] United States, Israel, Africa and the [14:23] new Middle East. Organizers tell the [14:26] Times of Israel that the gathering [14:27] explored ways to position Africa as the [14:29] next frontier for expanding the [14:31] strategic depth of the USIsrael [14:33] partnership with Rwanda serving as a [14:36] leading gateway partner. [14:38] Look at that. [14:40] Israel has been steadily explan [14:42] expanding its ties in subsaharan Africa [14:45] in recent years. The strategic vision [14:47] presented at the conference as the US [14:48] providing strategic depth and global [14:50] leadership. Israel contributing security [14:53] expertise and innovation capacity and [14:56] Rwanda serving as a key African partner [14:59] and bridge to other countries in Africa. [15:02] A part of what Rwanda, Kenya, and [15:08] Ethiopia, [15:10] and Uganda have in common is that they [15:12] are Christian majority nations. [15:16] Now, look back at that map. Look at what [15:18] we're talking about here. Here's Rwanda. [15:22] Here's Uganda. Here's Kenya. Here's [15:25] Ethiopia. Here's Somaliand. and Israel [15:29] is building out a security architecture [15:34] to counter the Houthis and the Turks who [15:37] are in here. Let me let me back up a [15:39] little bit and and and and talk a little [15:42] bit a little bit more about what what [15:44] this really means. Okay, [15:49] this is not a series of disconnected [15:50] headlines. [15:52] Okay, Uganda makes this dramatic [15:54] statement about helping Israel. Weapons [15:56] are sold to Kenya. defense air defenses [16:01] a dipl this diplomatic move recognizing [16:04] Somali land. This is a pattern. Okay, [16:07] it's a pattern that's happening here. [16:09] What what you're actually seeing is that [16:11] Israel is quietly becoming a security [16:14] anchor in parts of East Africa. This is [16:16] all part of Israel becoming a regional [16:18] superpower. If you haven't watched it [16:20] yet, go over to Israel 365 News YouTube [16:23] channel, go into the playlist section [16:25] and watch the six-part playlist of [16:28] Israel as a regional superpower. And I [16:30] explain a lot of this stuff there. But [16:32] this is not, you know, this isn't like [16:35] uh, you know, treaties and alliances. [16:38] It's not just summit meetings. There's [16:40] something much much more real here. [16:42] Okay? They're sharing technology. [16:43] They're sh they're sharing intelligence. [16:46] Israel's building the security [16:49] architecture and equipment for these [16:51] countries. And these days with this type [16:52] of equipment, you don't just buy [16:53] equipment. It's not like just you, you [16:55] know, you buy some guns. When you're [16:57] buying air defense systems, you're [16:59] you're plugging in to an air defense [17:01] system of the host country. Kenya is [17:05] facing al-Shabaab, jihadist Muslims. [17:08] Uganda is facing the same threats. [17:10] Rwanda for years has has worked closely [17:12] with Israel on surveillance, [17:14] intelligence, internal security. [17:16] Ethiopia is dealing with internal [17:18] conflict and regional pressures. They're [17:20] getting pressured. You know, the Turks [17:22] are trying to draw them into their [17:23] orbit. These are not abstractions. These [17:26] are not just like strange African [17:28] nations and who cares what they say. [17:30] These are governments that wake up every [17:32] morning and they ask one question. How [17:35] do we stay in control? How do we fend [17:37] off the jihadist Muslims who are trying [17:39] to take over Africa? Throughout the [17:40] continent of Africa, there is a a [17:44] rivalry going on between Christianity [17:45] and Islam and jihadist Islam and and uh [17:49] and the Muslims are wherever they can, [17:53] they're persecuting Christians. You see [17:55] what's going on in Nigeria, which is a [17:56] 50/50 country, but it's really run by [17:58] Muslims and the Muslims are slaughtering [18:00] Christians there. And the Christian [18:03] majority nations in in Africa see this [18:07] and they see what's going on in the [18:08] world and they know exactly whose side [18:10] they want to be on. So Israel has built [18:13] an entire system and is building out [18:15] that system around around this dynamic, [18:19] right? So they bring in their military [18:21] technology, their drones, their [18:22] surveillance, uh their air defenses, [18:26] right? And that's what Kenya just [18:27] bought. Okay? Like I said, they're not [18:30] just buying um equipment. They're buying [18:32] a system. They're buying an operating [18:34] system. When you plug in Israeli air [18:36] defenses, when you train with Israeli [18:38] doctrine or like Somali land, which will [18:40] actually have Israeli personnel on the [18:42] ground there, Israeli bases perhaps, [18:44] when you rely on Israeli intelligence, [18:47] right? You're in a different league. [18:49] You're not just buying their equipment. [18:51] this this now what I showed you on the [18:53] map there, this is a whole security [18:56] ecosystem, a whole a whole group of [18:59] countries that are adjacent to each [19:00] other. And that's what Uganda's [19:03] statement about fighting alongside [19:05] Israel is really about. It's giving us [19:07] it it it's making something public that [19:10] was already less public, right? Because [19:12] they're already inside the Israeli [19:14] security ecosystem, right? They were [19:16] just making it public. Now, let's zoom [19:18] out a little bit more because this is [19:21] where things get much more interesting. [19:24] Israel, and I mentioned the Turks a [19:27] couple times in this video because [19:28] Israel is not the only ones who are [19:30] looking at Africa and trying to build [19:31] their kind a kind of network because [19:33] Turkeykey's doing the same thing, but [19:35] they're doing it on the Islamist side. [19:38] And they're also more aggressive about [19:39] it. They they go right in and they build [19:41] bases. They train the local armies. and [19:45] in places like Somalia [19:47] u and in also Libya which is also in [19:49] Africa. Turkey is the dominant security [19:51] actor and they're and they're also [19:53] active in Ethiopia trying to pull the [19:55] Ethiopians away from the Israelis. But [19:57] the Ethiopia is being aligned more and [19:59] more with Israel and that's why over [20:01] this last year we've seen those multiple [20:03] visits of senior Israeli officials. I [20:05] mean the foreign minister, the president [20:07] visiting Ethiopia, engaging in those [20:09] dialogue, getting those deals done [20:12] because Ethiopia is critical. But when [20:13] you look at that map and you see how big [20:15] Ethiopia is and where it's located, [20:16] Ethiopia is critical to this whole [20:18] thing. And that's why the Turks are also [20:20] working so hard to gain control of [20:23] Ethiopia. [20:25] Okay. Um the but the Turks, they're like [20:29] training the Somalia army. Um and and [20:32] they're deeply embedded there, right? So [20:35] on one side you have Turkey entrenched [20:37] in Somalia. On the other side, you have [20:39] Israel moving into Somali land and all [20:42] the other adjacent countries around [20:44] Somalia, [20:46] right? You see what they're doing. It's [20:48] obviously a positioning mood move. Now, [20:51] when you move further inland from [20:52] Somalia, you see Ethiopia [20:55] uh and Uganda openly aligning with [20:57] Israel, Kenya with the air defenses, [21:00] Rwanda [21:02] deeply tied to Israeli security [21:04] cooperation. This is not a it's not just [21:09] different alliances. It's a regional [21:11] alignment. It's a corridor from the Red [21:13] Sea through the Horn into deeper into [21:16] East Africa. [21:18] And yeah, so that's what we're seeing [21:21] here. So the Uganda announcement is uh [21:24] is again much much bigger than it [21:27] looked. Now, final point about this. [21:32] For years, Israel's had these [21:34] relationships in Africa. I showed you [21:35] that a few of them go back quite a ways, [21:38] but they were much more quiet and they [21:40] were much more transactional. You buy [21:43] some equipment, you get some training, [21:45] Israel's doing business somewhere. But [21:47] what's changing now is that there's much [21:49] more ideological rhetoric behind it. [21:52] It's much more out in the open. the [21:54] recognition of Somali land, the [21:56] statement by this Ugandan uh military [21:59] leader about being Christian and [22:01] defending Israel, you see it much more [22:04] much more overt. [22:06] And that also solidifies these [22:08] relationships because when the military [22:10] chief says we would fight alongside [22:12] Israel, he's obviously not talking about [22:14] sending groups into Gaza. He's signaling [22:17] where his alignment is. He's saying we [22:19] are we are on that side of the emerging [22:23] global divide, right? [22:27] That's that's what he's signaling and [22:28] that's that's huge because Turkeyy's is [22:31] expanding, China is building [22:33] infrastructure and influence and you [22:35] have Russia operating there as well and [22:37] now more and more you have Israel [22:40] bringing in a security network in East [22:43] Africa. So when you see these headlines [22:45] about Uganda, Kenya, Somaliand, don't [22:48] read them as isolated events or [22:50] something that's happening like, you [22:51] know, it's sort of a sideshow. They're [22:53] not a sideshow. These are these are [22:56] indicators of something extremely [22:58] significant. [23:00] um a you know a it's not exactly an [23:03] alliance but it's a group of states that [23:07] rely on the same systems are plugged [23:10] into the same intelligence networks and [23:13] are part of the same strategic uh you [23:16] know strategic partnerships [23:19] uh that all are being directed by and or [23:23] quarterbacked as it were by Israel and [23:27] uh and that's and that's just huge. So, [23:29] so again, that's what this is really [23:30] about. That's what I wanted to tease out [23:32] in this uh in this video um about about [23:36] Uganda, about Africa, about what we're [23:38] actually seeing here. [23:41] Okay, that's it. That's what I wanted to [23:43] do in this video. I hope this was [23:44] interesting. I hope you learned [23:45] something from it. Uh but uh again, you [23:49] know, there's a lot of headlines that [23:51] get lost as we read the news every day [23:54] because the big things are what we [23:55] notice. But these little things, when [23:57] you start putting them together, you [23:58] start adding them up and you realize and [24:01] you realize what they actually mean, [24:04] when the dust settles on this war in [24:05] Iran, [24:07] there's going to be a realignment of [24:09] everyone in the Middle East. You're [24:11] going to see it. And Israel's position [24:13] is strengthening. And this Africa uh [24:17] these Africa partnerships that Israel is [24:19] building out are critical. And also keep [24:22] in mind that Prime Minister Netanyahu [24:23] has been saying over the last year or so [24:25] that one of Israel's agenda items is to [24:28] defend the Christians in Africa from [24:31] from the jihadist Muslims who are you [24:34] know haram and others who are trying to [24:36] take over and are slaughtering [24:38] Christians everywhere these jihadists. [24:40] So, Israel is taking it in a more active [24:43] role, but uh this also this also signals [24:47] that the Houthis uh now have a much more [24:50] formidable uh enemy right near them. And [24:54] that could be part of the reason why [24:56] they've stayed out of the war in Iran. [24:58] We've noticed that they've been talking [24:59] tough, but they haven't lifted a finger [25:01] yet. Right now, Israel has a much [25:04] greater presence right across the Baba [25:06] Mandib Strait from the Houthis. And [25:08] maybe that's part of why they're keeping [25:10] a low profile. So, interesting [25:12] developments. [25:13] Thanks for watching. Please share, [25:15] please like, do all that great stuff. I [25:17] hope you're enjoying the channel. And uh [25:19] yeah, it's it's it's leading up to [25:21] Passover preparation, so that's why I'm [25:23] not in a normal studio. Everything's [25:24] kind of uh up in the air. I'm building [25:26] out a new studio space in this room. So [25:29] hopefully we're going to have a new look [25:30] in the coming
